Breakfast at the Coccodrillo, served from 7.30 am to 10.00 pm, consists of a rich continental buffet based on fresh products, desserts, fruit tarts, croissants, cappuccino, espresso or American coffee, yogurt, fruit juices, fresh and canned fruit, cheese, hard-boiled eggs, cold cuts and cereals . All accompanied by fresh bread and the typical local focaccia fresh from the oven.
The service is followed by trained and close-knit staff who will not fail to help make your stay happy and pleasant.
The provision of high chairs and equipment suitable for our little guests cannot be missing.
When indicated, we are ready to do our utmost to meet any special dietary needs (celiac disease, allergies of various kinds).

The Hotel and Residence Coccodrillo presents its added value: the swimming pool. Its whimsical geometry, with variable depth, allows both children to play in the water and dive from the trampoline for the more adventurous. About 15 meters long, at its longest point, it allows swimming to be practiced. One meter deep in the shallowest area is suitable for game entertainment. A trampoline, positioned by the pool in front of the 3 and a half meters, the deepest point, allows you to try your hand at daring dives.
The area that surrounds it is used as a solarium and equipped with deckchairs, sunbeds and umbrellas for free use reserved both for those staying in the hotel and for those staying in residences, inviting you to relax or savor your free time lazily.
CHECK-IN TIME
The rooms are available approximately from 14:00 (16:00 for the apartments in the residence).
If they are available earlier, we will anticipate the check-in.
Our goal is to minimize the waiting time of guests.
In any case, you can take advantage of the hotel and restaurant services from the time of your arrival!
CAR PARK
We offer parking for a fee. It cannot be pre-booked, but it is usually large enough to cater to all vehicles. To facilitate the arrival of new guests, we ask you to vacate your parking space by XNUMXam (check-out time) on the day of departure.
The use of the parking follows the room opening times (from 14:00 on the day of arrival, to 11:00 on the day of departure), to allow entry to new arrivals we therefore kindly ask for the vacancy of the parking spaces by 11:00 on the day of departure.
MINIBAR
Superior double rooms with terrace are equipped with mini bar. A XNUMX-hour bar in the hall caters to
guests’ needs.
The bar in the lobby is however open 24h for all your needs.

BEACH IN SUMMER
The Pinuccia and Jolanda baths in Varazze collaborate with us and guarantee discounted rates for our customers (5 minutes walk from the hotel).
They are located in the most beautiful sandy beach area of the seaside of Varazze and are among the best equipped private beaches.
During the summer months we recommend advance booking.
CITY TAX
The tourist tax in Varazze (€ 1,00 per day per person), applies to people over 12 years of age, for a maximum of 5 consecutive nights and is paid directly on site.
