RESIDENCE - apartments
Our flats (1, 2 or 3 rooms), equipped with modern furniture, can be
on the ground floor, on the first or the second floor of a carefully
restructured small palace. They look north or south and can be reserved
weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Each flat is provided with
cooking stove, micro-waves oven, air conditioning, TV SAT, direct line
telephone, safe, central heating adjustable with a thermostat in each flat,
kitchen linen, bed linen, bath room linen and kitchen-ware. To the guests
that have chosen to stay in Residence, we give the opportunity to have "take
away food" or to eat in our Restaurant (agreed prices). The guests are
welcomed in our flats on Saturday from 4 p.m. in order to let us clean and set
up the rooms.
To the guests that have chosen the flats of
our Residence, we offer the opportunity to have "take away food ".
Among
all our services, we mention our children equipment and playground and a beach
where the guests can go against payment of an agreed price. |

Questions:
At what time can I have my aparment on the day of my arrival?
Apartments are usually ready at 4:00 p.m., even though sometimes it is possible to enter
the apartment late in the morning.
At what time should I leave my apatment on my departure day?
Apartments must be
free within 10:00 a.m.; we can guard Your luggage in our storage area.
Why are my credit card details needed? Your credit card details are required as a guarantee for the hotel in case you don't arrive or cancel too late. This might result in a "no-show" charge (the equivalent of
1 night every 3 nights reserved).
Will my credit card be charged before my arrival? You will pay for your stay at the hotel. During high season or feasts, the hotel could perform a pre-authorization check on your credit card as an extra guarantee. A pre-authorization is a validity check to reserve a certain amount that would guarantee the room. This amount may correspond to the price of one night every three reserved. Once the credit card has been validated, the reserved amount will be released.
Can I cancel my reservation? Here You are our cancellation policy:
- from November to April: You can cancel Your reservation without penalty
up to 7 days before Your arrival;
- from May to October: You can cancel Your reservation without penalty up
to 30 days before Your arrival; cancellation after deadline will charge the
guest of 1 night every 3 nights reserved.

Laundry Service, Ironing Service, Packed Lunches, Parking,
Tranfers from and to Airport and Terminal Cruises, Drinks, Extras, Tips.
In residence the price does not include the final compulsory cleaning, the
cost for electric power consumption, the cost of heating.
Residence Check In from 16:00 and Check Out before 10:00. All rooms and flats belonging to the same category are not identical. Pictures and plans are shown as an example. The restaurant may be closed in low season. |
