How to check availability and reserve:
1 - Click on
CHECK RATES AND AVAILABILITY and a new window with fill-in space will open;
2 - Fill in all compulsory spaces (arriving and departure day, number of rooms requested, number of guests);
3 - Click on Check Availability;
4 - A new window will appear, with a list of available rooms: choose room and price and click on Book;
5 - Go on adding extra facilities (such as shuttle service), if You need them;
6 - Click on Proceed and fill in the booking schedule with personal information and number of credit card;
7 - Read carefully privacy notes and cancellation policy;
8 - Take note of Your reservation number and print Your voucher;

Why are my credit card details needed?
Your credit card details are required as a guarantee for the hotel in case you don't arrive or cancel too late. This might result in a "no-show" charge (the equivalent of 1 night every 3 nights reserved).

Can I cancel my reservation?
Here You are our cancellation policy:
- from November to April: You can cancel Your reservation without penalty up to 7 days before Your arrival;
- from May to October: You can cancel Your reservation without penalty up to 30 days before Your arrival;
cancellation after deadline will charge the guest of 1 night every 3 nights reserved.

Will my credit card be charged before my arrival?
You will pay for your stay at the hotel. During high season or feasts, the hotel could perform a pre-authorization check on your credit card as an extra guarantee. A pre-authorization is a validity check to reserve a certain amount that would guarantee the room. This amount may correspond to the price of one night every three reserved. Once the credit card has been validated, the reserved amount will be released.

At what time should I leave my room on my departure day?
Rooms must be free within 11:00 a.m.; we can guard Your luggage in our storage area.

At what time can I have my room on the day of my arrival?
Rooms are usually ready at 2:00 p.m., even though sometimes it is possible to enter the room late in the morning.

What's the difference between a double room and a twin room?
A double room has one double bed. A twin room has two single beds.
