1. How find the shuttle at the airport of Genoa?
The Genoa airport is very small. When we send the confirmation message of transfers, we send all the necessary information. In the arrival day the driver will be waiting at the exit of baggage area with a sign with your name.

2. Which mean is used for transfers?
The means can be taxis, vans or small buses.

3. The transfer is individual?
The majority of transfers is individual. If your arrival coincides with the arrival and time of other passengers, it is possible that transfer takes place in only one suitable mean.

4. Once booked, when do we receive confirmation?
If the reservation is successful, you will receive instant confirmation on your screen and print the voucher of your booking. You should also receive an e-mail.

5. Why to book on-line are required credit card data?
The credit card is required as a guarantee for the hotel in case of no show or cancellation after the deadline set by our policy.

6. Can I cancel my reservation?
The reservation can be canceled within the following terms:
arrivals from November to April - deadline for cancellation without penalty, 7 days before date
of arrival; penalty one-night-each-three booked;
arrivals from May to October - deadline for cancellation without penalty 30 days before date
of arrival, penalty one-night-each-three booked;

7. The credit card provided as guarantee for the reservation will be charged?
The bill will be settled directly at the hotel with cash or with a different card than the one provided on booking. During periods of high season or at certain times of the year (example: holidays), the hotel may make a pre-authorization on your credit card for added security both for customer and hotel. This pre-authorization will only take place after the cancellation terms will have expired and is equivalent to the levy of a sum equal to one-night-every-three booked, which will be properly accounted and deducted at the time of payment for your stay.

8. What time should I leave the room on the day of departure?
By 11:00. It is possible to leave your bags in our store for free.

9. At what time can I have the room the day of arrival?
Generally the rooms are available from 14:00. Sometimes is possible to have the room in the late morning.

10. The flight schedule has changed, what can I do?
Just send us an e-mail to and tell us the new time. You will receive, as soon as possible, a message confirming the transfer.

11. Pets
The management reserves the right to accept only SMALL PETS, used to travel and could use a SUPPLEMENT from € 5,00 to € 15,00 per day.

How to find availability and book:

2 - Complete the fields with the date of arrival and departure, the exact number of rooms and people;

How to book transfers to and from the airport of Genoa:
For the transfer should always be provided the flight schedule. The payment of transfers is always in cash and directly to the driver.

You have two options to book the transfer:
1 – Book it directly with the room (see above), then simply send an e-mail to with the flight number and time. You will receive asap a confirmation message for the transfer and all necessary instructions for the day of arrival;
