The Hotel and Residence Coccodrillo is in Varazze, which is a sea-side resort between Savona Cruise Ship Port (10Km) and Genoa Airport (23 Km).
It is the ideal place for those who have to reach the Costa Cruises Terminal of Savona.

Savona is the most important city on the west coast of Italy, within reach of the seaside resorts of Alassio, Loano and Varazze. How to book shuttle service to and from Genoa Airport:
To book a shuttle or a taxi from GOA Airport to the hotel it is compulsory to give complete information about flight number, departure airport and time of landing (the driver will wait all customers outside luggage-claim area - transfer fee is to be paid to the driver).

How will I find my shuttle/ taxi at GOA?
GOA Airport is a small one. We send all information about taxi/shuttle service by e-mail, together with the confirmation message, so that on the day of Your arrival You will easily find the driver out of luggage-claim area.

Which are the means of transport You use for transfer?
Transfer service to and from GOA is by taxi, minibus or bus.

Is it a one-to-one transfer service?
Transfer service is usually individual, but when more guests arrive the same day at the same time, the driver can choose to pick everybody up, together with one big bus.

Can I cancel my reservation?
Here You are our cancellation policy:
- from November to April: You can cancel Your reservation without penalty up to 7 days before Your arrival;
- from May to October: You can cancel Your reservation without penalty up to 30 days before Your arrival;
cancellation after deadline will charge the guest of 1 night every 3 nights reserved.

Why are my credit card details needed?
Your credit card details are required as a guarantee for the hotel in case you don't arrive or cancel too late. This might result in a "no-show" charge (the equivalent of 1 night every 3 nights reserved).

Will my credit card be charged before my arrival?
You will pay for your stay at the hotel. During high season or feasts, the hotel could perform a pre-authorization check on your credit card as an extra guarantee. A pre-authorization is a validity check to reserve a certain amount that would guarantee the room. This amount may correspond to the price of one night every three reserved. Once the credit card has been validated, the reserved amount will be released.

At what time should I leave my room on my departure day?
Rooms must be free within 11:00 a.m.; we can guard Your luggage in our storage area.

At what time can I have my room on the day of my arrival?
Rooms are usually ready at 2:00 p.m., even though sometimes it is possible to enter the room late in the morning.
